AI & Workflow Automation

The busywork your team does by hand, done automatically, with a person still watching.

We map your repetitive ops work, wire it to an AI-driven workflow using the tools you already have, and keep a human checkpoint wherever judgment still matters.

Where the busywork actually is

None of these tasks look like a problem on their own. Added up over a week, they're usually the biggest line item nobody's tracking.

Copying new orders into the fulfillment spreadsheet40×/week~3 hrs
Answering the same five FAQ emails60×/week~5 hrs
Compiling the weekly sales report from three tools1×/week~2 hrs
Manually tagging and routing support tickets80×/week~4 hrs
Total, one week~14 hrs

More than a third of a full workweek, spent on tasks a workflow could handle.

Every engagement starts by mapping where your time actually goes, before we automate a single step.

What's included

Where AI fits, and where it doesn't

Not every step should be automated, and not every automated step needs AI. Part of the job is being honest about which is which.

Good fit for AI
  • Drafting a first-pass reply to a routine email or lead
  • Classifying and routing a ticket, order, or form submission
  • Extracting the key fields off an invoice or intake form
  • Summarizing a long thread before a human reads it
Stays human
  • The actual reply going out on a sensitive or high-value account
  • Any refund, pricing exception, or judgment call with money attached
  • Final approval before anything external gets sent
  • Deciding whether a process should change at all
How it runs

From manual process to running workflow

01

We map the manual process first

We walk the current process step by step with whoever actually does it. Not to judge the workaround, but to find exactly where it breaks or eats time.

Current process, flagged
Email arrives
Check CRM for duplicate
Draft reply by handSlowest step, inconsistent tone
Update spreadsheetOften forgotten by end of day

02

We build the automation, wired to your real tools

One workflow, connected to the tools you already run your business on. An AI step handles the parts that need judgment, and everything else is a straight trigger and action.

03

You review, approve, and it keeps running

Every draft the AI produces lands in a review queue first, where you approve, edit, or reject in one click, until you're confident enough to let a step run on its own.

Awaiting your review
AI draft · reply to lead

“Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help with your order. Could you confirm...”

ApproveEdit
AI draft · ticket routed to Billing

“Refund request, order #4192. Flagged for manual review.”

Questions we get asked

Straight answers, since most of these come up before someone signs up, not after.
Don't see yours? .

Will this replace my team?

No. It's built to remove the repetitive busywork sitting in front of your team, not the team itself. Human checkpoints stay wherever judgment, tone, or a final decision actually matters.

What tools do you build with?

Whatever you already use: Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets or Airtable, your CRM, Shopify or WooCommerce, plus an AI step for the parts that need judgment, like drafting or classifying. We wire into your existing tools rather than asking you to rip and replace them.

Is our data safe? Does the AI see sensitive information?

We scope exactly what data each step touches before anything is built, and sensitive data is only ever passed to an AI step when it's actually necessary and you've agreed to it.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

That's what the human checkpoints are for. Anything the AI drafts or flags gets reviewed before it goes out, and every workflow gets error handling for the step that fails silently at 2am, not just the happy path.

How is this different from just using Zapier or Make ourselves?

You could, and those are real, capable tools. The value here is doing the mapping properly, getting the AI steps and error handling right the first time, and maintaining it afterward, instead of your team learning a new tool on top of an already full plate.

What determines the cost and timeline?

The most useful starting point is your budget. Tell us the number you have in mind and we'll tell you honestly what it can get you: how many workflows are in scope, how many tools they touch, and how much of each process needs an AI step all shape the build. No budget in mind yet? Describe the process you want off your plate and we'll come back with a scoped quote, usually within a day.

Can I see examples of workflows you've built?

Most client work is covered under NDA, so we can't list it publicly. Reach out and we'll walk you through relevant examples that match your situation.

Do you work white label for agencies?

Yes. We build automation workflows under NDA for agencies who need this capacity without hiring for it. Deliverables carry your branding, not ours, and you set your own pricing to your client.
