Great content can't outrank a broken site.
Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawlability, and AI search readiness. It's the technical work that needs a developer to ship it, not just a checklist. We handle the site side of SEO; your content and backlink strategy stay wherever they already live.
“For small spaces, the most recommended option is the compact line from yoursite.com”yoursite.com
A slow, badly structured site quietly caps everything else
Content, ad spend, and outreach all work harder or against you, depending on the technical health of the site underneath them.
Crawled and indexed quickly, then free to rank on its own merit.
Sits on pages too slow and too messy to crawl, so even great writing ranks below weaker competitors.
Lands on fast pages, so paid clicks actually see what they paid for.
Pays for visitors who bounce before the page finishes loading.
Readable and citable, so ChatGPT and Perplexity can quote the site as a source.
Skipped entirely. AI tools can't parse it, no matter how good the answer would have been.
The ceiling is set by how good the content is.
The ceiling is set by technical debt, and no amount of spend raises it.
Everything technical. Nothing else.
We handle the SEO work that requires a developer to ship: the fixes a content plan or an audit can point to, but can't implement on its own. Four areas, each delivered as working changes to the site, not recommendations.
Core Web Vitals & pagespeed
LCP, INP, and CLS fixed at the code level: image loading, render-blocking scripts, layout shifts. These are the speed metrics Google actually ranks on, and they can't be fixed from a dashboard.
Schema & structured data
JSON-LD implemented and validated so Google can show rich results (review stars, FAQs, product details) and so AI tools understand what each page is actually about.
Crawlability & indexation
Robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and redirect cleanup so every page that should rank can be found and indexed, including keeping rankings intact through a platform or domain migration.
AI search readiness
llms.txt, structured content, and page formatting so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews can crawl the site and cite it as a source when customers ask questions you have the answer to.
Those are different disciplines with their own specialists. If you need them, we'll point you toward people who focus on exactly that. What we ship is the technical foundation their work depends on.
Hand us the technical items and we'll ship them
If you already have an audit, a content plan, or a strategy sitting in a backlog, send over the technical items and we'll implement them directly. No need to loop us into the rest of your marketing plan.
Works alongside an in-house marketer, an SEO consultant, or another agency. White label is available if you're working on behalf of your own client.
We'll audit the site and find it
A plain-language diagnosis, not just a score
No jargon-heavy 40-page PDF. We run the audit, tell you plainly what's actually holding the site back, and fix what matters most first.
You'll know exactly what's broken, why it matters, and what we're doing about it, in terms that don't require an SEO background to understand.
Your homepage takes 6 seconds to appear on phones. Most visitors leave before that, and it's the biggest thing holding you back.
Google shows your competitors with review stars and prices in search results. Yours can have them too; the data just isn't marked up yet.
Whichever path you're on, this is how it goes
No packages, no tiers. The work is scoped against what your site actually needs, then shipped by the person you scoped it with.
Diagnose first
We audit the site, or review the audit you already have, and confirm priorities together before any work starts.
Fixes ship directly to the site
Every fix is implemented and verified live by us, not handed back as a recommendation for someone else to build.
One-time or ongoing, your call
Some engagements end when the fixes ship. Others fold into an ongoing retainer alongside other development work. Neither is required to start with the other.
Questions we get asked
Straight answers, since most of these come up before someone signs up, not after.
Don't see yours? .
Do you write content or build backlinks?
No. Content strategy, copywriting, and link building are separate disciplines with their own specialists, and we don't try to be all of them. We handle the technical side: the fixes that need a developer to ship. If you need content or backlinks too, we're happy to point you toward people who focus on that.
What exactly counts as "technical" SEO?
Anything that requires touching code to fix: Core Web Vitals and pagespeed, schema and structured data, crawlability and indexation, redirect and migration handling, and AI search readiness (llms.txt, structured content, page formatting). If the fix means changing the site itself rather than the words on it, that's us.
What determines the cost and timeline?
The most useful starting point is your budget. Tell us the number you have in mind and we'll tell you honestly what it can get you: a pagespeed and Core Web Vitals pass is a different project than a full crawlability overhaul, and a migration adds its own scope. No budget in mind yet? Describe the site and we'll come back with a scoped quote, usually within a day.
Is this a one-time engagement or ongoing?
Both, depending on what you need. Some clients want a focused audit-and-fix pass; others fold technical SEO into an ongoing retainer alongside other development work. Neither is required to start with the other.
Will this work alongside our existing SEO or marketing team?
Yes, that's often exactly how it works. If you already have a strategy, content plan, or an audit sitting in a backlog, hand us the technical items and we'll ship them without needing to be looped into the rest of your marketing plan.
Can you fix technical SEO during a migration or rebuild?
Yes, and it's often the best time to do it. Technical SEO issues are easier to fix while a site is already being rebuilt than to retrofit afterward. If you're already working with us on a platform build or migration, this can be scoped in together.
What is AEO/GEO readiness, exactly?
It's the technical side of showing up in AI answers: structured data, llms.txt, and page formatting that let tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity actually crawl and cite the site correctly. It's not content strategy or PR aimed at getting mentioned by AI. That's a different discipline, and one we don't offer.
Do you work white label for agencies?
Yes. We work under NDA for design, dev, and marketing/SEO agencies who need technical execution capacity. Deliverables carry your branding, not ours, and you set your own pricing to your client.
Can I see examples of technical SEO work you've done?
Most of our client work is covered under NDA, so we can't list it publicly. Reach out and we'll walk you through relevant examples that match your situation.
Ready to fix what's actually holding your site back?
200+ websites shipped, and still just the developer who built it answering your emails, not a support queue.
Still not sure if this is what you need? and we'll tell you honestly.
